Support programmes and services

Flexible support programmes and services tailored for you.

At In Control we're committed to creating a fairer society where everyone needing additional support has the right, responsibility and freedom to control that support. In fact, we were the pioneers of self-directed support and for nearly a decade now, we've supported more than 400 organisations nationally to transform their services and deliver personalisation.

We partner with local authorities; user-led organisations; government and civil servants; local authorities, elected members and paid staff; commercial companies; charitable and not-for-profit organisations; as well as working directly with people who need support (and their families).

Our flexible, accessible programmes have the proven tools, team and track record you need. Not only do they transform services and change people's lives for the better, but they inspire and motivate workforces and bring about lasting culture change within organisations. We'll also measure the impact your services are having on individuals, families and wider communities.

What's on offer?

Getting the Basics Right: Inspiring and motivating your workforce to drive the personalisation agenda forward through a flexible, solution-focused approach that meets your organisation's needs.

Changing for Good: Planning and negotiating the critical stages needed to make successful change happen; overcoming barriers and transforming services through our core Managing Change Through Innovation (MCTI) approach, alongside a range of bespoke support.
