Statistics

This table shows the number of people in the country who have control of a personal budget, and where they live.

This page shows up-to-date statistics on Personal Budgets. The table shows how many people in each local authority have a personal budget.

To be counted in this list, the person controlling the budget (or their representative) must:
  • know how much money they can have for their support
  • be able to spend the money in ways and at times that make sense to them
  • Know what outcomes must be achieved with the money
