Four template documents have been produced in partnership with our
total transformation local authority sites. They are practical resources that have been developed to help those facing the issue of balalcing choice and control with the duty to safeguard vulnerable adults.
We expect these documents to evolve over time and we welcome feedback on how these can be improved.

A template terms of reference and procedure for use by local authorities implementing Self-Directed Support. The document has been designed to be adapted for use by local authorities, provider agencies and any other organisation that works to support individuals who use care and support services.
