Don't Be Fooled by the Law: answers to some legal questions
In Control's new publication, Don't Be Fooled by the Law is based upon our conference in Manchester in April, 2009. It includes a section setting out some of the most frequently asked legal questions about Self-Directed Support and some of the answers given at the conference, as well as In Control's views.
Also published today is Simon Duffy's paper, Reforming Adult Social Care which sets out how In Control's Statement of Ethical Values might influence reforms to Social Care Law.
