Local Authority Procedures, Guidelines and Templates

This page gathers together a series of documents that have been made available to us by Local Authorities, as examples of good practice. Some of these documents are "procedures," some are "guidelines" some are "policies," some are "templates."  We are very appreciative of the generosity of the authorities concerned.

In the coming months we plan to produce a comprehensive set of model documents, which others can use.

In the meantime, the contributing authorities have given their permission for others to borrow from and adapt these materials.  In doing so, it would be appreciated if you could acknowledge in writing  the work of the originating authority.
