Finding Our Way is a report documenting the implementation of
self-directed support in Barnsley.
In the report we see how one local authority, Barnsley Council
has got to grips with a major challenge: how to create a system of
social care that puts the wishes and needs of ordinary people
before the demands of services and the system itself.
