This short film, made by the Social Care Institute for
Excellence, looks at the work of a personal budget team in
Hull.

here, the film shows how the personal budget team
works with people who use services to provide personalised care,
focusing on one falimy where a mother is having difficulty coping
with one of her aduly sons who is having learning difficulties.
The video may be of interest to qualified social workers,
professionals allied to social work and service users and their
carers.
