Sharing Knowledge

Sharing Knowledge is a course designed for parents or relatives of disabled children over 16 years old to help them to plan their children's futures.

Current guidance and thinking means that in the future support services will develop to suit the individual needs of people who require health and social care support. It is recommended that service providers and the voluntary sector consult and work in partnership with disabled people and their families. Therefore it is important that people and their families are able to fulfil this role.
