Members of In Control international sign up to the following
agreement:
In Control England owns and controls:
- the In Control brand
- the initial intellectual property of In Control
- the In Control website
However, In Control England does not control the other
independent organisations which have developed and which are using
the In Control brand, nor does In Control England operate outside
England.
In order to develop the wider movement for international
collaboration, In Control England has licensed other organisations
or associations to:
- use the In Control brand
- use, develop and add to the intellectual property of In
Control
- share use of the In Control website
