intend to introduce strengths-based or asset-based approaches into
The paper which has been produced by In Control, Shared Lives
Plus, inclusive neighbourhoods, Inclusion North, Community
Catalysts and Partners in Policymaking considers the opportunities
and risks which strength and asset-based approaches present.
The briefing concludes that these changes are on balance
positive for people who use services and family carers and sets out
the case for MPs and peers supporting their retention. It builds on
the partners' publications over the last couple of years, including
