This paper shares our learning from our work with more
than 30 children's services over the past four years. This
work has seen 480 individual budgets agreed and put in place, links
built with wider work on commissioning and budget holding, and a
growing involvement from national children's
organisations.
The report is aimed at policy leaders, influential people,
managers and directors, as well as those leading work across the
whole of the children's world.
