TLAP review partnership agreement and launch blogs on personalisation: what’s next?

Personalisation is a way of thinking about health and care services that puts people at the centre of understanding their needs, choosing their support and having control over their lives.

Think Local Act Personal (TLAP) is taking stock of what needs to be done to ensure they continue to make the biggest difference to people's lives. They are also reviewing their partnership agreement launched in January 2011 and signed by over 30 leading national social care and health partners including In Control, in light of the fast pace of change in the care and health community with the aim of developing a new partnership agreement fit for 2014 and beyond.

They are now looking to hear your views about what a new partnership agreement should be and what TLAP should do in 2014 and beyond.

To start the conversation, TLAP have started publishing a series of blogs from different social care perspectives, you can comment on the blogs or through Twitter using @tlap1 and hashtag #tlap13.
