TLAP recruits new director

Think Local Act Personal (TLAP) needs your help to transform social care.  It is recruiting a new Director to lead the TLAP team and bring experience, expertise and passion to drive forward its work.

It is seeking a candidate who has already achieved significant national or regional success in the social care field and will have the confidence of senior colleagues and stakeholders to deliver more personalised services.

By joining TLAP, the new Director will be at the leading edge of delivering a more innovative and exciting future in social care.

This is a significant role and there is some flexibility with contracted hours and salary to attract the right candidate.

The Director post has been created following the successful establishment and ongoing operation of the Partnership since it was launched in April 2011. Martin Routledge, who has been interim Programme Manager on a part time basis, as well as Head of Operations for In Control will be stepping down from the management role at TLAP. TLAP is very pleased, however, that Martin has agreed to stay closely involved with the Partnership through leadership of some key areas of work. Martin will continue in his role as Head of Operations for In Control on a full time basis.
