The programme of work with the North West Transition Alliance is
progressing well.
A number of events have now taken place in support of Think
Local, Act Personal.
The work is focused on driving the personalisation agenda
forward and enabling the sucessful implementation of choice in
health and social care, as well as innovation and efficiency. A key
element will also involve market development - building on existing
networks to set out the implications for the transition for the
independent and voluntary sector that are working to support
independence and choice at home.
Presentations and notes from events can be found here.
Forthcoming events in the region include:
10 November 2011 - Personalisation leads network, Stockport
