My Life runs event to help you make change happen

My Life has invited Cormac Russell, international leader on Asset Based Community Development, to come back to the North West and share his knowledge on building better communities in an event to be held on Friday 28th February in Wigan.

A precursor to the International ABCD event taking place also in the North West, this event is designed to help you to gain real practical solutions for making change happen in your community - working to do more with more (not less) and enabling more and more people to live a life of quality alongside other people in a way that makes sense for them.

My Life is a social enterprise in the North West of England with an ethos of inclusion and belief that everyone belongs, working to support people to make change happen and find the positive and productive ways to help people contribute to their community no matter how limited they may feel.

My Life believes we all have skills, gifts and talents and nurtures individuals to shine and this event is designed to inspire you to take forward this ethos, provide valuable sharing of knowledge as well as provide the simple solutions that actually make change happen.

My Life welcomes everyone to join in the event - whether you are a carer, individual, family member, work in the sector, or are just a member of the community looking to help make your community more inclusive.

Please book early as places are limited by calling 01257 252288 or email info@my-life.org.uk
