Martin Routledge and his take on Personalisation: what’s next?

In Control's Martin Routledge provides his take on TLAP's project Personalisation: What's Next?' in his blog 'Keep focused on genuine personalisation'.

Think Local Act Personal (TLAP) has started publishing a series of blogs from different social care perspectives as part of their review of what needs to be done to ensure they continue to make the biggest difference to people's lives.

Martin's blog is one of the first in this series and discusses TLAP's role in personalisation and how important it is that TLAP continues to be a positive force for personalisation.

While agreeing that the time is right for TLAP to update and review their partnership agreement, Martin explains why TLAP must maintain its stance on championing authenticity in personalisation.
