We are looking to recruit into the position of Head
of Finance and Business Administration. The holder of this key
position will be closely involved in helping to guide
and develop the future of In Control, and the valuable work
that we have pioneered and are now working hard to make
"mainstream".
In Control Partnerships is a registered charity and
independent company, representing a fast growing people's
movement, working in partnership with a full range
of stakeholders to help give people who need support, more
choice and control in their lives.
With increased scrutiny on public spending and a far larger
role for the voluntary sector and communities to play in
shaping all of our futures, these are exciting and challenging
times for us.
The Head of Finance and Business Administration will be
responsible for overall financial management, involving
business planning and analysis, risk and contract management,
ensuring and reporting on our ongoing viability to
help achieve a secure financial future.
As a key member of the senior management team, the post
holder will report directly to the CEO and work closely with
other senior managers, sharing a federal responsibility for
delivery of the organisation's charitable objectives, and
development and delivery of longer term strategy.
