This is the fourth webinar in a series of free online events for
members of our Stay Connected network.
Personalisation: Back to Basics
Friday 20 January 2012 at 10am to 10.30am
Presented by Caroline Tomlinson from In
Control
This webinar will help participants to understand what
personalisation really means and how it can bring about lasting
benefits for the people who use their services, for their local
community and their organisation. It will bring the core values of
personalisation alive and provide history behind the
personalisation agenda while ensuring an awareness and knowledge of
the policy and practice context.
Why attend?
Whether your organisation has just started its journey to
personalise services, or you've been doing it for a while, or
whether you're a professional from a local authority, health,
community group or provider organisation, getting the basic values
and ethics right is essential for the cultural shift that is needed
to bring real, lasting change.
Space for this online event is limited and is available for Stay
Connected members on a first-come-first served basis.
If you would like to take part in this session as part of a free
