Implementing personal budgets for children, young people and families

Thursday 13th February 2014, 10-11am
Nic Crosby, In Control and Meera Craston, SQW

This webinar is based on the recent In Control and SQW publication 'Support and Aspiration: Introducing personal budgets' which has support from the Department for Education (DfE).

During the webinar, Nic and Meera will outline a clear framework upon which children's services can base their plans to implement personal budgets. It draws on In Control's experience over the past decade supporting children's services as well as the draft DfE code of practice, draft special educational needs regulations, and SQW's learning and evaluation in its role as evaluators of the DfEs individual budget pilot sites.

What is a webinar and how do you take part?

Webinars are an online live broadcast consisting of a presentation and audio. It is easy to take part, all you need is a computer with internet connection and speakers (so you can hear the audio). If you do not have speakers then you can access the audio via a telephone.
