CQC begins annual frontline health and social care staff survey

CQC (Care Quality Commission) is running its second annual frontline health and social care staff survey during November.

They are looking for as many frontline staff to complete the survey as possible in order to ensure that it continues to provide insight and additional information into how the CQC works and communicates with frontline staff. They are particularly interested in hearing from staff about their level of awareness, knowledge and opinion about how they regular and inspect, whether staff have ever come into contact with inspectors or if you are an experienced member of staff who has been involved in an organisation's inspections for years.

The survey is open to all levels of staff from junior doctors through to care assistants. The survey is completely anonymous and should only take 5 - 10 minutes to complete.
