Leadership Event which took place on the 28th & 29th April
2010.
The event was designed to assist local authority managers and
other key individuals on the personalisation journey, to share
learning with each other and hear expert speakers on a range of
topics.
The event was attended by employees from In Control's local
authority members who were relatively new to personalisation mixed
with the experienced staff seeking a refresher. It was well
recieved by delegates who praised the event for providing a much
deeper understanding of personalisation and the ways to achieve and
use it.
