The Big event - held in Liverpool on Tuesday 16th March 2010 -
was probably the best ever event on personalisation.

In Control is proud to have hosted the Big international event
2010. The event launched
A Report on In Control's Third Phase.
This important document reports on the most up-to-date, best
practice in personalisation.
We had some of the top speakers and best entertainers in
the country including:
Matthew Taylor, Chief Executive of the RSA,
frequent media commentator on policy and political issues and
former chief adviser on political strategy to the Prime
Minister.
Adventurer Mark Pollock - an inspiring and
motivational international speaker and author. In 1998, Mark was a
student and international rower when he suddenly lost his sight.
Since then, Mark has rebuilt his life and exceeded his earlier
achievements. He completed a Masters degree in business studies,
won medals for rowing in the 2002 Commonwealth games, completed six
marathons in a week in China's Gobi Dessert and raced in the
world's most extreme marathon at the North Pole.
Comedy Club 2010 hosted by Abnormally
Funny People - a group of gifted stand-up comedians
strutting their funny stuff. All but one of them is disabled.
The event included 100 exhibitors in a real
market place and there were over 50 workshops covering every aspect
of personalisation. There was something for everyone.
If you couldn't make it to the Big event, it's not too late to get
a flavour of this unique day. Presentations and audio are available
here.
