Updated local authority procedures, guidelines and templates

In 2009 In Control published a web-page with a long list of 'best practice' documents that Member local authorities sent us.  We said at the time that we would follow this up with a more comprehensive resource bank of policies and procedures, that authorities are able to adapt for their own purposes.

This page contains downloads of these procedures, guidelines and templates, some are documents that are a year or more old and have stood the test of time; others are new.  This resource bank is organised to mirror In Control's critical path to transformation.

There are four categories of document:

• 02 Develop the Tools (PolPro 02)
• 03 Make the Changes (PolPro 03)
• 04 Embed deeper (PolPro 04)
